Ovialand was awarded by the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG) BIG as a top housing developer in South Luzon
Ovialand Inc. was awarded by the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG) as third top Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developer in South Luzon for the first half of 2021.
Ovialand was given this award in line with Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive Filipino communities (BALAI), the national government’s shelter program Ovialand previously announced its expansion plans including an initial public offering by next year which would raise funding to widen its housing portfolio nationwide by 2030.
The company currently has presence in Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon.
Ovialand recently signed a joint venture with Kyushu Yaesu Co. Ltd., a Japan-based wholly-owned subsidiary of Saibu Gas Holdings Co. Ltd., for the development of Santevi. This marks the company’s third housing development project in San Pablo, Laguna, with the first two projects named Sannera and Savana.
Overall, Ovialand now has 2,500 house and lot units for its housing portfolio in Laguna.
Ovialand is pursuing the development of Caliya in Candelaria, Quezon, which will comprise a total of 1,100 house and lot units. This is the company’s first joint venture with Kyushu Yaesu.
