Studio N a prime investment opportunity

Colliers Philippines reported that the real estate market in the Philippines is showing signs of a robust recovery in 2024, indicating the market is well-positioned for growth.

Industry experts also suggest that 2024 is an ideal year to invest in the Philippine real estate market due to the country’s solid economic performance, strategic developments in townships, and attractive luxury property prices that make it appealing to investors.

However, it’s not just the savvy long-time investors grabbing the opportunities.

An insurance company reported that more young Filipinos have been investing for their future as the pandemic helped them realize its importance. Market research agency Kadence International echoed a similar sentiment, noting that younger Filipinos now see real estate as a legacy asset and investment opportunity, opting for condominiums in city centers due to proximity to offices, retail establishments, and the appeal of modern, minimalist designs.

Prime location with amenities appear to be the foremost consideration in buying properties.

With the traffic congestion in the metro, many opt for other major business districts like Alabang.
