Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. (PDO) continues to upgrade the product offerings of its residential projects in Pampanga amid strong sales.
“The real estate market in Pampanga has been performing well. Over the past year, we’ve experienced positive sales despite the pandemic,” said PDO senior vice president Leonardo Dayao, Jr. “Economic development, supported by ICT and transportation infrastructure, has made the province an ideal location to live in and do business,” Dayao said.
The developer is offering two new house models for the second phase of its Horizon Residences in San Fernando, Pampanga. Situated in Barangay Del Carmen, the project is built on a three-hectare property offerin modern tropical homes in a low density neighborhood.
Horizon Residences Phase 2 offers single detached units with floor area of 70 square meters (sq.m.) and single attached units with floor area of 81 sq.m. The units sit on 110 sq.m. lots.
Pueblo de Oro also launched the La Aldea Fernandina II Blue Series also in Barangay Del Carmen.
The project has 181 three-storey or ‘loft’ units and 96 two storey units — both variants thoughtfully designed with ample space and a flexible layout in modern tropical homes.
