Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) recently launched Le Pont Residences that will rise in the 31-hectare mixed-used development Bridgetowne Destination Estate.
The two-tower, 50-storey, Le Pont Residences is being developed by RLC’s RLC Residences division. The first tower which will offer a total of 431 units of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and penthouse units.
RLC is offering the project to the more affluent segment of the community, people who are holding an executive role in a company, as well as empty-nesters, according to Stephanie Anne Go, RLC Residences business development and design head.
Go said all Le Pont Residences units will have their respective balconies.
Prices range from P14 million to P100 million per unit, with sizes measuring between 46 square meters (sq.m.) to 197 sq.m.
RLC in a statement said Le Pont Residences, which name translates to The Bridge is designed by RLC Residences following its brand promise Raise, Live, Connect.
