One of the latest government projects, the upcoming Sta. Monica-Lawton bridge, will help extend Greenfield District’s smart and fully-connected lifestyle t the Bonifacio Global City and Makati areas.
The bridge will not only will it help decongest traffic by providing an alternate route from Pasig to BGC and vice versa, but it will also deliver increased accessibility for nearby communities like Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City.
Also known as the BGC-Ortigas Center Link Road, the 613-meter four-lane, two-way bridge is scheduled to be completed in 2020. It will interconnect Lawton Avenue-Global City viaduct with Sta. Monica street in Barangay Kapitolyo ,Pasig across the Pasig River.
The Pasig River is a five-minute drive to and from Greenfield District.
“Once operational, the bridge will reinforce our promise to offer a fully-connected lifestyle to our residential unit buyers, and commercial and office locators,” said Duane A.X. Santos, executive vice president and general manager at Greenfield Development Corp.(GDC)
