The ceremony held on July 5, 2021 formally kicked off the construction of Sola at Pico De Loro Cove – a private coastal community that was launched in March 2021 and 95 percent sold out three months later.
Sola currently includes a hotel, beach and country club, as well as mid-rise residential buildings.
With lots ranging from 300 to 436 square meters per cut, Sola allocates 40 percent of open space dedicated to three themed central parks, kids play areas, meditation zones, and a 500-meter bike lane encircling the subdivision’s amenity core.
The 2.7-hectare residential development is set for turnover end-2023.
