Filigree brought in space planning expert Tina Periquet, of Periquet Galicia, for this latest tower.
“The concept of the building is you’re in a vertical village,” Periquet said. “There is a nice sense of community and it’s really very much in keeping with the overall idea of being in a healthful place where you can just relax and not feel confined the way you normally would in a condo tower. There is a sense of expansiveness , openness, actual ventilation, and daylight.”

“The need for space and comfort is heightened much more due to the pandemic, as people now do almost everything at home. At Botanika Tower 2, space planners carefully studied the flow of traffic and layout of the rooms and the common areas. They considered the daily activities one would have in a condominium and how they can efficiently manipulate the space to adhere to the end user’s needs. Units boast of generous spaces that are flexible in design and easily maximized.
Large lanais are one of the unique features of a Botanika unit. At 2.6 meters deep, residents can fully utilize it as an essential space for dining, an indoor garden, or even an exercise area.
Periquet and her team also highlighted the simplicity and elegance of the spaces.
