P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. (P.A. Properties), one of the fastest growing developers of low- to medium -cost housing communities in Southern Luzon, is looking forward to building 20 more housing communities in the next five years.
P.A. Properties said this is in support to the goal of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) to close the housing gap in the Philippines, which now stands at 6.5 million units.
Quoting DHSUD, P.A. Properties said this figure could balloon to 10 million units by the end of the Marcos administration. To address this, the agency bared its plan of building one million housing units annually until 2028, which immediately gained support from property stakeholders.

Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, president and chief executive officer of P.A. Properties, said the company will take part in this vision of DHSUD.
“We remain faithful to our objective of providing secure, beautiful, and quality homes that Filipinos can afford,” said Lina-Cruz.
As a recognized developer offering affordable and quality homes for over three decades, P.A. Properties has established communities where families can prosper and thrive outside the bustling Metro Manila while ensuring accessibility to public transport systems and major thoroughfares.
P.A. Properties has built more than 20,000 housing units across Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, Batangas and Bulacan that feature peaceful ambience, and family and pet-friendly facilities, which are affordable for couples starting and growing a family. The company also has visible development projects at the heart of Metro Manila.
P.A. Properties said it remains committed to developing housing projects that cater to low- to middle- income households.
In 2017, PA Properties partnered with Japanese property firm Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. for a joint venture that marries the ingenuity of Filipinos and the eye for aesthetics and functional design of the Japanese with the launch of Idesia City in Dasmariñas, Cavite, which has since expanded in key cities in Southern Luzon, namely in Lipa, Batangas, and Cabuyao, Laguna.
P.A. Properties also partnered with government-owned Home Development Mutual Fund (PAG-IBIG Fund) in facilitating easier access to affordable housing loans for low wage earners.
Consistent in providing quality homes and service through its 4Ms philosophy: mura (affordable), mabilis (timely delivery), maganda (beautiful), Matibay (durable), P.A.
Properties is a recipient of numerous awards from PAG-IBIG Fund for the past several years, the latest being the Top 7 Developer in the National Capital Region and the Top 8 for North Luzon from first to the third quarter of 2022.
The company also developed a mobile app, “Home Info Plus” that allows home buyers and owners to check their account information from reservation to moving in.
P.A. Properties said it will also establish a centralized customer care advisory and an online appointment system to improve its after-sales service and relationship with home-buyers and owners.
These developments will be complemented by an enhanced Customer Service Lounge and a “Tips and Taps Advisory” to buyers, according to P.A. Properties.
“Providing safe, secure and affordable homes to Filipinos is a massive mission …For PA Properties, creating communities does not only mean closing the housing gap, but also helping improve the quality of life of Filipinos,” Lina-Cruz said.
P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp.(PA Properties) kicks off its 20 pipeline housing communities with the Saint Joseph Ridgeview Phase II in Dasmariñas, Cavite which broke ground last month.
