Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC) has made significant strides in digitalizing its finance processes through the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the cloud.
This was made possible through its collaboration with Cloud4C, a renowned global cloud-managed services provider with solid experience in implementing SAP in the cloud.
During this transformative journey, Cloud4C provided robust support in delivering the SAP S/4Hana implementation within AIC’s corporate office and its water business, despite the tight timelines. . The collaboration facilitated the development of the initial version of Aboitiz InfraCapital’s standards in its Finance and Procurement system. It further enabled the implementation of system and process customizations, ensuring their availability upon the system’s go-live date.
The transition from a manual and siloed approach in finance and procurement to a digitalized and partially automated system has been successfully achieved. While it may not align precisely with the initial vision set by AIC for the project, the outcome has fulfilled the minimum requirement of digitalizing the processes.
