WITH Kevin Quiambao showing the way, Strong Group blasted Sports Club Beirut 95-73 yesterday to remain unbeaten in the 33rd Dubai International Basketball Championship.
Quiambao, the reigning UAAP MVP, shone anew for the team with 20 points, four rebounds and a steal, while McKenzie Moore also made his presence felt with 19 markers, five boards, and eight assists for Strong Group.
JC Cagulangan also had 15 points, while Jordan Heading and Dwight Howard added 12 and 11, respectively, as Strong Group rose to 4-0 in Group B of the eliminations.
“Sobrang special dahil coming from a game nga na maganda, tatlong sunod na laro, ito naman nasundan na naman,” Quiambao said.
