TO encourage people to get back into a healthy and active lifestyle during the pandemic, Herbalife recently launched the second edition of its Virtual Run that will last until Oct. 31.
“We want to urge every Filipino to start moving and take the challenge to walk or run a certain distance,” Sridhar Rajagopalan, Herbalife Nutrition Philippines senior director and sub-regional general manager, said in a recent press briefing.
“Through this initiative, we would like to inspire communities to support one another on a healthy living journey and strengthen their relationships through teamwork,” he added.
Rajagopalan said the event is a follow-up to the last Herbalife Virtual Run that drew participants not only from Philippines but also from Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
He noted that 14,000 virtual runners from across Asia took part in the first event, logging a total distance of close to 600,000 kilometers
