WHY are the pros allowed to play but collegiate leagues like the NCAA are still in limbo?
There’s just a whale of a difference between the two, according to a highly-reliable Malaya-Business Insight source who said the NCAA has asked the government to green-light its plans for its 96th season but has yet to get a response.
“We went one step farther. Sumulat na iyong lawyer ng NCAA inquiring sa CHED na hindi lang kung ano ang puwede, kung di ito ang gusto naming gawin, papayagan ba kami?” the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said. “Wala kaming hinihingi na face-to-face na laro.”
