Davao tour to spice up PSL action

FANS down south are in for a treat with slam-bang games set next month in the Manila Bankers Life-Pilipinas Super League Pro Division Second Conference Dumper Cup.

Defending champion Davao Occidental-Cocolife will host rival San Juan on Feb. 9 at the Davao City Recreation Center in Davao City.

The Pampanga G Lanterns will also square off with Koponang Lakan ng Bulacan in the curtain-raiser of the two-day road games presented by Dumper party-list, Winzir, and Skin Care Depot, and co-presented by SCD Cosmetics.

Bulacan will face Pampanga Royce Hotel on Feb. 10 before the Tigers take on the G Lanterns to cap the league’s first out-of-town tiffs.

“Expect an exciting and explosive action for all the teams that will be playing,” PSL president Rocky Chan said. “We are bringing top caliber teams in Mindanao, lalo na sa Davao City.

“Gaya nga ng sabi namin hindi lang sa Luzon si PSL, iikot tayo sa buong Pilipinas and we are so thrilled on this– PSL Super Tour goes to Davao,” added the amiable league executive.

“Our gratitude goes to the Bautista family led by Congressman Claude Bautista of Davao Occidental, Congresswoman Claudine Bautista-Lim of Dumper party-list, and our CEO, Mayor Dinko Bautista of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental,” he said.
