SAN Juan City Vice Mayor Jose Warren Villa died last Sunday night due to natural causes. He was 52.
Mayor Francis Zamora, in a Facebook post, said: “Warren was a dear friend to me and we are mourning the loss of a beloved San Juaneño whose invaluable contribution to our city’s progress we will forever honor.”
Zamora issued Executive Order 151 observing city-wide mourning for Villa.
Under the EO, all Philippine flags within the territorial jurisdiction of San Juan shall be flown at half-staff and all official city events and celebrations shall be suspended during the mourning period. — Christian Oineza
