MICHAEL Rosales, 29, a resident of Montalban Heights in Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal, was arrested by police on Friday for setting on fire a house that he rents.
He will be charged with arson.
The owner of the house, an alias Imie, told police that she saw Rosales setting her house on fire on Friday, at around 2:15 pm.
She called for help, and neighbors helped put out the fire before firefighters arrived.
