Actor and former PBA superstarBenjie Paras welcomes his new role as co-host of businesswoman Anna Magkawas in the third season of “Negosyo Goals,” which will now air on GTV.
Benjie was formally launched as co-host last Saturday, February 2, at Cafe Chikitos in Malabon. He said he felt right at home because GTV is the sister station of his home network, GMA.
Paras, who revealed he tried his hand at a food business, said he hopes to learn a lot by being around successful entrepreneurs, including co-host Anna Magkawas.
“Of course gusto ko ring magkaroon ng stable na business and I think ito ‘yung part na dito ako matututo,” he said.
“Kasi pagpasok ng negosyo, I think ang una kong nakita is kailangang buo talaga ‘yung loob mo and of course, ‘yung feasibility studies lahat pag aaralan mo, lahat ng anggulo. So this is going to be a learning process for me,” Paras added.
Producer Ivy Ataya said she is grateful to AllTV for opening their doors to “Negosyo Goals.” For its new season, Ataya is upbeat it is ready to reach more viewers with its informative content as well as the interesting combination of co-hosts Benjie Paras and Anna Magkawas.
“We need to balance the show, with a co-host this time. I considered Sir Benjie kasi hindi naman siya sapaw, hindi rin siya kulang. Sobrang ideal ‘yung tandem nilang dalawa ni Miss A,” revealed Ataya.
The third season will unfold with “Negosyo Goals” revisiting the success stories that were earlier featured in the show and the positive impact it has had on business owners.
“For our first episode on February 11, mapapanood ‘yung mga business owners na na feature namin nung season two at kung ano ‘yung nangyari after na umere sila sa amin,” related Magkawas.
“Share nila kung paano ba sila natulungan ng ‘Negosyo Goals’ at the same time, humingi kami ng Gulong sa financial expert kung pano sila mas matutulungan pa para mas mag grow pa for expansion yung mga businesses nila.”
By featuring these stories, Miss A hopes to inspire more to develop their own product and for those who already have their businesses, aspire for greater goals, just as “Negosyo Goals” now looks to reaching more in its new home.
“Tulad ng sinabi ni Miss Ivy kanina, mas gusto natin na mas maraming makapanood especially maipaabot ng mission and vision ng ‘Negosyo Goals’ … Malay natin magkaroon ng ‘Negosyo Goals’ season four, season five,” Miss A said.
“Negosyo Goals” airs every Sunday morning on GTV, starting February 11.
