Quezon City fifth district congressional candidate Patrick Michael “PM” Vargas recently launched the Pag-asa Murals, a project with youth artists of Novaliches to paint the city with hope and unity amidst challenges brought about by the pandemic. The murals were painted by young volunteer artists from the Youth for Progressive Movement (Youth for PM) Coalition, a network of youth organizations campaigning for inclusive development, youth empowerment, and good governance in the district.
The Pag-asa Murals were launched in three community locations specifically at Nenita in Barangay Gulod, Balagtas in Barangay Sta. Lucia, and Pascualer in Barangay San Bartolome. Photo shows Vargas with some of the young artists.
