The latest properties managed by The Ascott Limited (Ascott), lyf Malate Manila and The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate, celebrated their opening, marking the latest expansion for Ascott in Malate.

The Suites at Torre Lorenzo Malate are serviced apartments meant for guests who want to enjoy a hotel-like experience while still being able to do things that can only be done at home, such as cooking a full meal.
Guests can stay in studio-type rooms which look like hotel rooms, or in 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units which are perfect for larger families.
Meanwhile, lyf Malate Manila is a youthful take on co-living, perfect for backpackers or groups of friends on a budget. Each room is stylishly modern, with hints of industrial design softened by pastel tones on the walls and ceilings.
