BPI to hold three-day travel fair

Heads up, travel junkies! Are you in the middle of making plans for your future travels? You’re in luck because a big travel fair is on the way.

The Bank of the Philippine Islands is holding its biggest travel expo for the year as it brings back the BPI Awesome Travel Fair which will happen on October 28 to 30 at the Glorietta 2 Activity Center in Makati City.

The travel fair is open to all BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid cardholders as well as BPI Private, Preferred, Personal, and overseas Filipino clients.

“Revenge travel is in full swing, and we are thrilled to announce the return of the BPI Awesome Travel after three years. As travel and tourism continue to show signs of improvement, this activity aims to make travelling accessible and affordable for all our clients who are ready to explore the world again,” said Jenelyn Z. Lacerna, BPI Unsecured Lending and Cards, Product and Sales Head.

Make sure to mark your calendars. Here are the details of the perks that await BPI cardholders and clients:

  • Free insurance: Get a complimentary travel insurance when you purchase your airline ticket with a qualified BPI credit card.
  • 0% interest: Benefit from the Real 0% Installment of up to six months when you use your BPI Platinum Rewards Mastercard.
  • Credit line boost: Qualified cardholders can enjoy up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit which temporarily increases your credit limit up to double the usual amount.
  • Flexible payment terms: Pay on installment with minimal monthly add-on fee of .99% interest for select airlines for select airlines.

BPI will be bringing together some of the largest airlines for the three-day travel fair including Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, AirAsia, Qantas, Cathay Pacific, and Singapore Airlines. It is also linking up with travel and tourism companies Ark Travel and El Nido Group to provide assistance for clients’ travel essentials.

The Travel Club and Turista.PH will also have their respective booths during the activity.

For those who will not be able to attend the travel fair physically, they should keep an eye out as BPI Awesome Travel Fair will also go online on Agoda, Klook, Booking.com, Qatar Airways, Eva Air, Asiana Airlines, and Singapore Airlines starting November.
