Hot off the heels of multiple openings at Estancia Mall is the launch of six new Bistro restaurants, this time at SM City Clark.
“Our openings, whether in Metro Manila or in nearby provinces, are rooted on our company’s time-tested formula — great food in accessible locations, casual and fun ambiance plus the signature Bistro kind of service accorded to guests by our staff. We would like to replicate all these at our stores in SM City Clark,” Bistro Group COOs Guia Abuel and RC Tiongson said. “People go to our restaurants not just to eat great food but to relax, bond with friends and family and have a wonderful time. It is important to us that they have this experience every time they visit our stores.”
First to open last June 1 are Modern Shang which features Chinese favorites such as Braised Pork Knuckle and Braised Pork Belly, Xiao Long Bao, Steamed Hakaw Shrimp Dumpling, Roasted Crispy Pork, and Wok-Fried Beef with Broccoli; As well as Italianni’s which made its name for itself with classics like Spinach Artichoke Formaggio, Spaghetti Meatballs, Quattro Staggioni and Chicken Italianni’s.
Meanwhile, American diner Denny’s which is home to the All-American Slam, Mom’s Spaghetti, South Carolina Fried Chicken and Denny’s Share Four All will open on June 8
Guests can enjoy TGI Fridays’ Signature Ribs, as well as Fried Mozzarella, Nachos, Burgers, Pizzas; Texas Roadhouse’s hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, famous freshly-baked bread and Watami’s assorted sushi, aburi, tempura, and ramens once these restaurants open in July.
Guests can cross-order from these restaurants to satisfy everyone’s appetite for different cuisines. All stores are located at the Ground Level, Clark Tech Hub 9 and 10.
