An all-new breakfast menu comes your way!
Filipino home kitchen Tatatito, located in the heart of Makati on Dela Rosa St. corner C. Palanca (OPL Building) in Legazpi Village, is launching new breakfast items that will have everyone starting the day bright. It includes comforting Filipino breakfast favorites to classic Western dishes with Filipino twists.
For a powerhouse morning, there’s nothing like starting the day with eggs to get that dose of protein to kick off your day.
Tatatito is offering fluffy egg omelette dishes filled with either mushroom and cheese or salmon tinapa and cheese or corned beef. These Mushroom and Cheese Omelette, Salmon Tinapa and Cheese Omelette, and Corned Beef Omelette come with salad greens on the side and choice of loaf or hashbrown saba or plantain.
They are also offering the favorite American breakfast treat, which is eggs benedict but with a local flavor addition of either smoky salmon tinapa or sweet and garlicky chicken tocino.
For those who love pandesal, Tatatito has another way to enjoy the Filipino breakfast bread. It is offering pandetoast with egg and cheese plus either crispy bacon or chicken tocino.
It also has on its menu another Filipino breakfast staple, sinangag (garlic rice) and itlog (egg) combo. Choices to complete the classic silog (sinangag and itlog) dishes are Grilled Longganisa Hamonado, USDA Beef Tapa, Home-made Corned Beef, Honey Bangus, and Breakfast Salmon. Eggs are either sunny-side up or scrambled.
The much-loved bacon is also included in the menu. Tatatito’s Smoked Bacon Steak comes with buttered toasts, eggs, and potatoes.
Completing Tatatito’s breakfast menu are some hearty homegrown dishes.
There is the sweet chocolate rice porridge Champorado. It also offers a breakfast version of the favorite thick noodle soup from the south, which is lomi. Tatatito’s Breakfast Lomi is topped with eggs, chicharron or deep fried pork rinds, and bagnet or deep fried crispy pork belly. Lastly, it is making the Filipino congee healthier with squash. Tatatito’s Squash Arroz Caldo comes with chicken and egg.
