From an a la carte menu, diners can add to their meal dishes such as: wagyu pastrami with ubeshokupan sliders, black cod miso on butter lettuce, wagyu sliders with bao buns, and grilled baby octopus with anticucho sauce, to name a few, as they enjoy their choice mocktail, chilled juice, soda, tea or coffee that are included in the brunch price.
Nob’s renowned innovative cuisine also introduces touches of local flavors, and puts a spotlight on Filipino-inspired dishes, including Nobu-style wagyu sisig, Nobu-style kurobuta pork sisig, and Nobu-style salmon “tinapa” (smoked fish) fried rice, which are alternately offered alongside Nobu classic dishes that meld Japanese and Peruvian flavors. Seasonal fresh oysters, custom Nobu sashimi, sushi and maki roll creations matched with Nobu signature sauces and dressings such as the KarashiSu Miso (KSM) and Matsuhisa dressing, are some of the appetizers uniquely Nobu, as are the various confectionery customized by Nobu Manila’s chefs.
