New concepts at My South Hall

One of the oft-asked questions when going out is where one would eat. With numerous restaurants available in metro’s malls, it can be a challenge choosing which one to dine at.

Food halls help make that choice easier by offering a variety of food outlets all under one roof, allowing diners to enjoy their favorite dishes from different cuisines on one table.

Located at Conrad S Maison, My South Hall is the Bistro Group’s elevated take on a food hall that features communal dining with a hip and modern ambiance and serves as a home to some of The Bistro Group popular food concepts such as the Chinese restaurant Modern Shang. Seafood lovers’ favorite, Fish & Co’s Fish & Chips, Mexican cantina El Pollo Loco, American donut brand Randy’s, and Taiwanese-inspired milk tea brand WCKD.

The food hall has further expanded its offerings, adding 2 more food concepts to the mix.

Xi Nen Hot Pot, offers tender and flavorful Taiwanese-inspired hotpot dishes with beef, chicken, seafood, sausage, and vegetarian options that will take hotpot dining to a whole new level. Each order comes with their own special broth that is meant to highlight the main ingredient chosen. Each order is served in a large bowl that is meant for sharing.

Each personal serving can then be customized via the 5 different sauces available, from the creamy garlic to the fiery chili sauce for a flavorful sip.

Sarap Bistro Filipino is Bistro Group’s ode to Filipino cuisine, featuring classics and regional specialties. Diners can enjoy family favorites such as Sinigang na Salmon Belly, Lumpiang Sariwa, and Kare Kare, or try out lesser-known dishes such as Crispy Tawilis, Ginataang Kuhol, Pansit Negra, and many more. There are also several Filipino desserts such as Puto Bumbong which is served with a generous topping of grated coconut, and Bibingka capped with a mound of brown sugar and coconut shavings.

Those with a healthy appetite are in for a treat at the selections found at My South Hall.

From Chinese, American, Singaporean, Filipino, Taiwanese and more, each dish is prepared fresh upon ordering and served piping hot on the table. Each plate is dedicated to please your palate, especially when enjoyed in its bright, airy interiors and neutral tones that make each dining experience distinct, diverse, and delightful.
