There’s no slowing down for actress Dolly de Leon, who continues her unstoppable streak by joining the cast of the upcoming Apple TV+ series “Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed.”
A Golden Globe and BAFTA nominee for her acclaimed work in “Triangle of Sadness” Dolly now adds another major project to her growing list of international credits, starring alongside Emmy winner Tatiana Maslany (“Orphan Black”).
The half-hour darkly comedic thriller is created, written, and executive produced by David J. Rosen (“Citadel”). The story follows a newly divorced mom (Maslany) as she descends into a chaotic world of blackmail, murder and youth soccer. De Leon plays Detective Sofia Gonzalez, a series regular who promises to bring edge and intensity to the role.
This latest casting continues a remarkable run for De Leon, who has been working non-stop across major film and television productions. From critically acclaimed indie films to high-profile streaming series, she remains a force in global entertainment.
“There’s nothing like the prospect of working with people whose work you admire—’Hunters,’ ‘Orphan Black,’ the Marvel Cinematic Universe! I’m beyond excited!” said De Leon in an official statement.
