Bakers from all around the country, including those who are just starting and even celebrity bakers like Ara Mina, Ai Ai de las Alas, and Marvin Agustin are all invited to attend Bakery Fair 2023.

Bakery Fair 2023 is being mounted by the Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI), headed by president Gerik Chua. Chia, with FCBAI past president Henry Ah and other officers announced that this year’s event will be held from March 2, 3 and 4 at the World Trade Center on Diosdado Macapagal Blvd. in Pasay City.
Bakery Fair 2023 is the comeback after the global pandemic and signals the revival of the Philippine baking industry despite inflation and other challenges.
“It is open to the public and we have extended the invitation to many celebrities,” said Kamuning Bakery owner and columnist Wilson Flores.
The “Bakery Fair” is the biennial civic project of the FCBAI to promote and uplift the Philippines bakery industry and support socio-economic development. It is the biggest and most star-studded Philippine bakery event featuring 136 exhibitors covering 10,000 square meters or one hectare of the World Trade Center. There shall also be many educational technical seminars by different top bakery industry-related companies, bakers, chefs and experts.
One of the exciting events of Bakery Fair 2023 is the “FCBAI Bakers Cup Wedding Cake Competition 2023” showcasing awesome wedding cake creations with the Kasalang Pinoy theme. Winners shall be announced on March 2 and the wedding cakes of finalists shall be on exhibit throughout Bakery Fair 2023.
Another important event in Bakery Fair 2023 is Angel Cup display competition highlighting the making of bread showpiece, artisan bread, healthy bread and sweet dough.
