Forty-four candidates from regions across the country gathered to celebrate beauty in all its forms at the Miss International Queen Philippines 2025 competition held July 9 at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena. The crowned queen, Anne Patricia Lorenzo-Diaz, will represent the Philippines at the international finals in Thailand.
The pageant is recognized as one of the affiliated branches of the largest global pageant for transgender women since its inception in 2004, continuously raising awareness for the LGBTQIA+ community and the fight against AIDS. This marks the first time SM MOA Arena has hosted a transgender pageant, making it a meaningful milestone for the world-class venue.

Thousands of attendees flocked to the Arena, showing support for the event and what it represents through glamorous outfits that celebrated individuality, pride, and the vibrant spirit of the community.
Interactive booths around the Arena encouraged attendees to discover their potential and embrace self-love through advocacy displays and innovative technology.
Onstage with pride and purpose
With returning hosts Sean Kyle Ortega and Jervi Wrightson (KaladKaren), the pageant kicked off with electrifying energy. The Arena filled with awe-inspiring cheers from the excited crowd. Standing with pride and purpose, candidates aimed to get their messages heard by claiming the title and ultimately representing the nation globally.


The new queen takes her first walk

As the event neared its end, the crown witnessed the final walk of Miss International Queen Philippines 2024, Sophia Nicole Arkanghel, before passing her title to the new queen.
With grace and pride, newly crowned Miss International Queen Philippines 2025, Anne Patricia Lorenzo-Diaz, sashayed through the stage for the first time. The crowning moment brought tears to her eyes.
