Rebisco breaks ground on state-of-the-art volleyball facility ARC Central

Rebisco and its volleyball program leaders broke ground on July 26, 2025, for ARC Central, a new state-of-the-art volleyball facility located on West Avenue in Quezon City. The facility will serve as headquarters for the company’s volleyball teams and activities.

The leading Philippine snack food company has championed volleyball for nearly two decades, witnessing the sport’s evolution from sparse crowds to stadium-filling popularity nationwide.

“ARC Central is a milestone for the Rebisco Volleyball program,” said Jonathan C. Ng, Vice-Chairman of Rebisco. “For the longest time we were thinking about a place such as this, and by next year, we will move in and make it the base of operations for all things Rebisco Volleyball.”

The six-story commercial and office building will feature modern volleyball courts on upper floors, plus a fully equipped gym and physiotherapy center.

Rebisco has significantly supported Philippine volleyball development, backing the women’s National Team and National Beach Volleyball Teams. Through its Fudgee brand, it sponsors Ateneo’s Blue Eagles men’s and women’s teams. The company owns and manages three professional teams: the Choco Mucho Flying Titans and Creamline Cool Smashers (women’s), and Criss Cross King Crunchers (men’s). At the grassroots level, it operates the country’s largest private under-19 girls’ league, the Rebisco Volleyball League, where future stars develop their skills.

“Volleyball is a sport that can bring Filipinos together,” Ng added. “For the youth especially, it can instill values such as discipline, hard work, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Rebisco recognizes this, and as long as volleyball is a vehicle for helping improve and inspire our countrymen, we will be here to support it as best as we can.”
