Cebuana Lhuillier Bank has officially opened a new branch in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, continuing its nationwide expansion to bring accessible banking services to underserved communities in the Visayas.
Located at Calle Rizal St., Poblacion, the branch offers comprehensive financial products including the flagship Cebuana Lhuillier Micro Savings Account, which allows account opening for as low as ₱50 with only one valid ID required. The bank also provides affordable personal and business loans alongside expanding digital banking services.

The expansion reflects the bank’s strong 2024 performance, recording ₱4.6 billion in total loan disbursements that met targets. Business loans reached ₱1.7 billion (133% of target), while teacher’s loans hit ₱2.4 billion. The bank now manages ₱8.0 billion in total deposits across over 8 million deposit accounts.
