Robinsons Land Corp. is expanding its footprint in Mindanao, informing the Philippine Stock Exchange on Tuesday that it will be putting up a nine-storey office building in Davao City.
“This landmark development will rise on a portion of property acquired from Great Earth Marketing & Development Corporation. GEMDC is majority owned by New City Commercial Corp.,” the company said.
The project will be developed under the RLC unit, Robinson’s Office, and is set for completion by the first half of 2027.
RLC did not provide details on the project cost, the building’s gross floor area, or gross leaseable area.
An email to the company has been left unanswered.
“This nine-storey development will showcase a modern and iconic façade, complemented by a premium lobby design that redefines office space standards in the region,” RLC said in its disclosure.
The project will complement RLC’s existing portfolio of eight shopping malls, three GoHotels, one Grand Summit Hotel, and two office buildings in the region.
