PHINMA Group has announced its expansion plans starting this year, including the acquisition of more schools and the launch of more property projects.
In 2021, the Group recorded consolidated revenues of P16.04 billion and consolidated net income of P1.87 billion. Bottomline grew 250-percent amid volatile market conditions brought upon by the prolonged health crisis.
Total assets stood at P30.08 billion, and current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio is at 1.71 : 1 and 2.03 : 1, respectively.
In the construction materials business, the group said it is focused on enhancing efficiency and expanding the production of higher-margin product lines.
