The Bureau of Treasury said it has fully awarded the P35 billion in seven-year bonds auctioned Tuesday.
The reissued bond, with a remaining term of six years and 11 months was issued at a coupon rate of 3.625 percent.
“The reissue was supported by market demand as total submitted bids amounted to P84.3 billion, more than twice the P35 billion offer,” the Treasury said.
“With its decision the committee raised the full program of P35 billion, bringing the total outstanding volume for the series to P95 billion,” it added.
National Treasurer Rosalia de Leon said her office also opened its tap facility for another P10 billion.
