The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is bidding out a P1-billion contract for infrastructure work at the Morong Discovery Park in Bataan.
In a bidding notice, BDCDA said through the 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA) it intends to apply the P1 billion inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, the approved budget for the contract.
The contract covers the construction of roads, utilities and Preparatory Works at Morong Discovery Park.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening, the BCDA said in a notice.
Under the terms, BCDA said completion of the works is required within 450 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
A pre-bid conference on February 2 at the BCDA Corporate Center in Bonifacio Global City.
Deadline for the manual submission is on or before 9 a.m. of Feb. 23 2023. Late bids shall not be accepted. – Irma Isip
