Valenzuela goes cashless with Paymaya

The local government of Valenzuela has tapped Paymaya Philippines’ payment solution for the payment of permits and taxes.

Through the partnership, business owners and residents can conveniently settle their fees using a PayMaya account as well as any debit or credit card on the Valenzuela City government website via PayMaya Checkout.

Valenzuela City Mayo Rex Gatchalian said this forms part of the local government’s compliance with the Ease of Doing Business Law. There are 18,000 businesses in the city.

Last November, Valenzuela introduced the Paspas Permit an end-to-end online business permit application system.

With Paspas Permit now equipped with PayMaya’s payment platforms, Valenzuela City business owners can now experience cashless convenience.

Paspas Permit allows residents to easily process building and construction permits application, and real property tax payments, and conveniently request for certified true copy of tax declaration, tax mapping certificate, certificate of non-improvement and appraisal of real property, and certified true copy of birth, death, and marriage certificate.
